Premiere: Lose yourself in the swirling dream-pop sounds of Egoism's new single, Sorry

It's the lead single from their forthcoming sophomore EP.

After meeting and bonding over music tastes on their high school bus, Scout Eastment (vocals/guitar) and Olive Rush (vocals/guitar) combined their love of music to for Egoism, a duo who now have a new EP on the way, following on from 2017's It's Wearing Off. And today we're excited to premiere said EP's dreamy lead single, Sorry, a track that Eastment says was written "as a bit of a fuck you to the people who never say sorry for their own mistakes, but then always demand an apology, even if I’m the one who was hurt the most."

Packing some wonderful dream-pop vibes, the track reaches for the stars and shoots way past them, with driving percussion forming the bedrock for soaring vocals and hazy, light guitars. It's blissful, euphoric stuff, and if you want to experience it in the flesh you can catch 'em at a bunch of upcoming shows later this month and October, check the dates after you've drifted away with Sorry, below:
