Photo Diary: Go behind the scenes of Ali Barter's A Suitable Girl Tour

When she's not busy releasing fantastic debut albums, travelling to India or linking up with tampon charities, Ali Barter is touring the country to some big-ass crowds. Most recently she was celebrating the release of that debut album, A Suitable Girl, with a very large and very sold out national tour, and lucky for us she took a few snaps on the way. Extra lucky for us, she sent some of those snaps our way with a few tour tales to boot, and you can check the whole lot out below before going to see her on her One Foot In Tour, which kicked off last week and has a heap of dates left which you can scope down the bottom:

Back in the hot box AKA Bakehouse Rehearsal Studios, getting a randy new set ready for our first national tour.

First show at Geelong was sweet although I had to take my shoes of cos it was damn hot! Who’s idea was it to wear a woollen jumper on stage?

There is nothing I enjoy more before a show than a good deli platter. And the deli platter in Perth at Jack Rabbit Slim's was goooooood.
