Set in Mount Martha, Victoria, Ali Barter has today unveiled the casual new video clip for latest single, Cigarette, examining the dichotomy between suburban living and social expectations, challenging our notion of the "suitable girl". Directed by Plex Goldwin, it's the perfect visual accompaniment, and capsures the essence of Barter's attitude and themes that run throughout her music.
We'll be getting a lot more of it too, as Barter gears up to release her debut album, Suitable Girl, which will come with a huge Aussie tour. Check the clip below, and that run of dates underneath that:
