MUTO links up with Deutsch Duke for strongest single yet, Wildfire

The Sydney producer has arrived.

Following an almost breakout 2016 which saw him sign with the legends over at Of Leisure and release his triple j-smashing single Through The Fog, 2017 appears to be the year when Sydney's MUTO wholly announces himself to the Australian dance music scene. That track racked up scores streams all over the internet, along with radio love on any respectable station, and it's clear he's ready to capitalise on the hype, if new single Wildfire feat. Deutsch Duke is to go by.

The single is drenched in emotion, and it's no wonder given it was written following the loss of his close friend/step-father, something amplified when he linked up with Deutsch Duke who found a commonality between himself and the motivation behind the track. Drifting away from the slightly more experimental leaning's of his previous singles, Wildfire is the coming together of impeccable production and beautiful songwriting, for an altogether special release: "Wildfire is inspired by the longing and loss of a loved one but beyond that, it’s about that person living within you and driving you to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

It's the perfect melting pot of talent and ideas, and the most definitely announces MUTO to the big stage. Take a listen below, and catch him on tour over March and April when he supports electronic brothers in arms Cosmos Midnight, and also playing Groovin The Moo Maitland (full list down the bottom).
