Premiere: Go to the beach with Essie Holt and the video for debut single, Underwater

A very late contender for one of the finds of 2017.

A late find for 2017 thanks to her very warmly-received debut single Underwater, Melbourne-based artist Essie Holt is only just getting started. Since the track was release it's picked up support from all corners of the musical sphere, including triple j Unearthed, Spotify, community radio and more. As such today we're stoked to jump on board the Essie Holt express with the premiere of that single's video clip, shot in Barwon Heads, Victoria and featuring Holt hanging at the beach rocking a bunch of local indepedent fashion labels EWOL, Grace Willow the Label and Verner.

With a strong team behind her including revered Aussie producer Joel Quartermain (Meg Mac, Dustin Tebbutt) and Dave Hammer (Washington, Nicole Millar), it would appear we've got a ready-made future star on our hands in Essie Holt, and we're excited to watch her develop over 2018 and beyond.
