Hiatus Kayote's Nai Palm takes us to Wide Open Space Festival

A festival like no other in Australia.

Celebrating its 10th year of existance in 2018, Wide Open Space Festival is a multi-day, multi-sensory music festival experience nestled in the East MacDonnell Ranges about an hour from Alice Springs. Celebrating desert culture in Australia's red centre, its program of music, art, workshops and performance provides something for everyone, and features a plethora of artists from here and abroad. With the festival's 2018 dates recently being announced and lineup drops on the way, we're stoked to share this exclusive video of Hiatus Kayote's Nai Palm as she journeys to the festival earlier this year, collaborating with local Indigenous band (and Pilerats faves) Kardajala Kirridarra, and discussing the Wide Open Space vibe/ethos, and what makes it so special.

The 2018 Wide Open Space Festival takes place over May 4-6 at the Ross River Resort Oasis, and you can head to the FESTIVAL WEBSITE for more info/tickets and follow them on FACEBOOK.
