Listen to Willaris K.'s huge and long-teased RÜFÜS DU SOL remix

His epic, nine-minute remix of Underwater arrives as a part of a remix package that also includes edits by Yotti.

For the last few months, we've found ourselves constantly at awe of Willaris K.'s long-teased remix of RÜFÜS DU SOL's Underwater. From its early debuts at Days Like This right through to him ending his set at the Pilerats 7th B'Day with it, the long-winding remix has become almost legendary in our office; its teases on social media playing on an endless loop as we longingly wait for its official release.

Well, today, the wait is over. Today marks the arrival of RÜFÜS DU SOL's sixth Solace remix package that this time around, is focused on the dreamy soundscape of Underwater, and included in its three tracks is Willaris K.'s hefty, nine-minute take on the single. In full HQ glory, the remix is basically a masterclass in contrast. With a nine-minute duration giving Willaris all the time - and freedom - he needs to experiment and contrast sounds, from the light, airy opening which layers subtle synth work with Tyrone's dreamy vocal to its opposite - the charging, bass-heavy breakdown that oozes with that signature, Willaris K. pulse that we've found ourselves so addicted to.

Arriving through Rose Avenue Records, the remix package also comes with two alternating remixes from Yotti. Dive into the full release below:
