Listen: Internet Money - Options feat. 24kGoldn

Back with another high profile collaboration, this high-energy pop-punk tinged track cuts deep.

Back with another high-octane firestarter of a track featuring a high profile collaboration, Taz Taylor and Internet Money flex hummable melodies and impressive production with Options (feat. 24kGoldn). Last month we saw their huge collaboration with YoungBoy Never Broke Again for Flossin, a heavy hitting hip-hop release that kicked off 2022 in a huge way, debuting at #72 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Options promises to be just as fruitful, with genre bending sensibilities that combine pounding 808s and crisp hi-hats with pop-punk guitars and playful handclaps. Contrasting the upbeat tempo and excitable soundscapes is Goldn’s emotion-filled vocals, that have a raw and gritty quality to them, as they flow from a place of hurt - the track's inspiration following a recent relationship that ended in betrayal and distrust. The lyrics “Telling me you want my time, but baby, when you had it, all you did was trash it” and hook “If you had options, then why'd you even stick around long enough for me to find out?” cutting deep into this narrative and revealing the pain and tribulations of the experience.

Last year Internet Money earned over 40 RIAA plaques on songs they produced, including hits by Juice Wrld, Polo G, Lil Tecca, and The Kid Laroi - In addition to Internet Money Producers Nick Mira and DT earning a GRAMMY nomination for their work on Lil Nas X's MONTERO.

With much more in the works as the year progresses, expect to hear a lot more from the award winning collective - but for now take a listen through Options below.
