GEOTHEORY chucks a soulful spin on NxWorries' Suede

Can a remix ever top the original? GEOTHEORY latest sure gives it a nudge.

Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge’s collaborative project NxWorries sent the Internet into overdrive last year. Just as quickly as the project was announced, within in no time we soon had our hands on their first body of work in a full length album. Coming in at 19 tracks (YEP!) the album includes tracks like Sacred Money, Get Bigger/ Do U Luv and Suede.

Amongst those that noticed, GEOTHEORY (Chao Adventures and his fresh beat Luv Boat): “I remember finding Paak on Soundcloud right after Malibu first dropped and I was in utter shock how much I related to not only the lyrics and demeanor of this album but the soul. That was what sold me on Anderson. Knxledge I had been following on Soundcloud since the drop of To Pimp A Butterfly. So when I heard news of them collaborating under the Nxworries alias I was ecstatic! Suede, the first of their singles I heard was on repeat for me daily, it was a match made in heaven. I love these two artists dearly and felt like i needed to throw my soul in the mix as well.”

Chucking a soulful spin of his own on the NxWorries beat, could the remix actually sound better then the track in its original format?
