Allday sampled a fart and rapped over it because Allday

Welcome to 2016 folks.

When we look back on this period in our lives as older people, I really hope the first thing we ask will be, "Remember when memes were a thing?" Followed by, "God, I'm glad that's done with." Maybe it's wishful thinking, I dunno.

Anyway, Allday's social media game is pretty on-point (side note: The Night Before is really funny and pulls the piss out of people referring to their social media game being 'on-point'), and yesterday he reached almost peak internet - by sampling a fart and using to lay some rhymes over the top. Employing the talents of housemate and extremely talented producer in his own right, Tigerilla, Alldeezy got sent a fart, which he then had the aforementioned beatmaker turn into a lit beat, and recorded some raps for the fam. And now that I've checklisted all the important words to make sure I sound current on the line.

Directly related to why we're talking about this beat (which, all snark aside, is actually pretty rad and hella funny), Allday was just added to a little festival we're helping run in Queensland called CASTAWAY, which already had a stacked line-up that included What So Not, Golden Features, Dune Rats, Sable, Feki, Gill Bates and Tina Says. Click on the poster after the fart-rapping below to grab yo tickets:

Fart Freestyle

This dude sent me a video of him farting, so I sampled it and rapped on itThanks to my housemate Tigerilla for the help
