Premiere: Alice Ivy drops a super-lush new remix of Cloud Control's Panopticon

Coming fresh off the back of her killer Like A Version last Friday.

Cloud Control's 2017 album ZONE was one of the year's best, and among many highlights on the LP Panopticon definitely rates up there. Now with a couple of CC shows coming up this weekend (The Brightside in Brisbane on April 6 and Northcote Social Club in Melbourne on April 7), they've unveiled a stellar new remix of Panopticon by none other than Alice Ivy. The Melbourne-based producer is on a hot streak at the moment following the release of her own debut album earlier this year, along with a stellar Like A Version for triple j just last Friday.

It's a beautiful pairing, on which Alice Ivy says: "I was super stoked when I was asked to remix this song. Cloud Control are one of my favourite bands and they were a big deal in my family growing up. I have memories of my dad blasting Bliss Release at parties in our backyard when I was a teenager. My parents surprised my brother for his 18th with flights to Sydney to see their show at Sydney Opera House. This has been one of my favourite songs to remix, every stem was so colourful and interesting. It was an absolute pleasure rearranging this song."

And let us tell you it's an absolute bloody pleasure to listen to:
