Alice Ivy announces Australian tour celebrating new single, Almost Here

And we are quite chuffed to be presenting it.

At the beginning of the year we had the very special pleasure of premiering a new track from Melbourne-based artist Alice Ivy. The track, Touch feat. Georgia Van Etten, brought back extremely fond memories of artists like POGO and The Avalanches, but with a very unique and personal spin on it. Since then she's toured the country, played some great festivals, toured Europe, and most recently tripped over to the states to play in New York.

Today we're excited to announce that Alice Ivy, real name Annika Schmarsel, will be emarking on another trip around the country this July to celebrate a soon-to-be-released follow up to TouchAlmost Here, which is set to be a horn-filled affair featuring hip hop collective RaRa. Check out the full list of dates below and keep your ears peeled for that new track - given the brilliance of Touch we can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

Fri 1 July - Brighton Up Bar, Sydney w/ Froyo & Ross Henry (TICKETS)
