Listen: Skeleten - No Drones in the Afterlife

Soak up the chilled and funky new single with a timely reminder about the fragility of life from Sydney-based producer & vocalist

Reprising his Skeleten alias is Russell Fitzgibbon, a mainstay of the Sydney underground dance music scene who continues to hone his sound on the addictive new No Drones in the Afterlife. Featuring a hypnotic repeated vocal of “don’t keep looking for the afterlife”, Fitzgibbon’s vocals are complimented by dreamy synths and a deep, groovy bassline.

Expanding on the track, Fitzgibbon says We’re out here dying to live every moment with love while our leaders are tryna save their souls for the rapture. The afterlife is just life and it’s already inside everything. Don’t keep looking.”
