Listen: Fred again.. - Delilah (pull me out of this)

With an LP due later this month and upcoming shows at Laneway Festival 2023, the British artist unveils his latest tender yet infectiously uplifting track.

Artist and producer Fred again.. transformed his Actual Life records into an immersive, communal real-life experience, creating a stir as one of the most talked about live acts of last year. With a big year of sold-out world-tours in 2022, in addition to performances at Coachella, Primavera, melt, Way Out West, Rock En Seine, and All Points East, he announces his next studio album Actual Life 3 (January 1 - September 9 2022) will be out next Friday, with his latest single Delilah (pull me out of this)

With an infectious energy and pulsating melodies, Fred again.. effortlessly weaves together a sample of his close friend Delilah singing her own track Lost Keys, with sizzling beats, heavy base, and a euphoric, orchestral, and synthy chorus line. All polished off with his keen ear for production, Delilah (pull me out of this) much like the full forthcoming LP see’s the artist resume his diary-esque approach of using intimate voice notes and videos of friends voices as samples, whilst both referencing and revolutionising UK electronic music.

Following the release of the record, Australian fans can catch Fred again.. live on the Laneway Festival 2023 lineup, which you can learn all about here.

But for now, feel the tenderness and hype of Fred again.. below with his latest track Delilah (pull me out of this) lifted from the forthcoming album Actual Life 3 (January 1 - September 9 2022) due October 28 via Warner Music Australia.
