The Presets announce release date for new album and big national tour

HI VIZ lands on May 18, with the tour kicking off mid-June.

Aussie electro pioneers The Presets' comeback is almost nearing full completion with the announcement their new album, HI VIZ, will arrive to your rave-ready earholes on May 18, to be followed by a huge national tour. Having already copped singles Do What You Want and 14U+14ME, the duo have promised we can expect a little more of The Presets of old when their fourth studio LP arrives: "All the songs on HI VIZ are outward looking so in that respect it’s much more like our earlier stuff. It’s about trying to capture that energy you get on a great night out with your friends when you get to leave everything else behind you for a while. We essentially tried to create the soundtrack to a party that we would want to go nuts at."

It features an interesting bunch of collaborators too, including DMA's, Alison Wonderland and Jake Shears from The Scissor Sisters, so yeah, we cannot fucking wait. Until then, rinse their latest single again and check that full run of dates, below:
