Text Message Interview: SAFIA

We help frontman Ben get through an epic gym session to talk their debut album, Internal.

Tomorrow sees the release of Canberra trio SAFIA's debut album, Internal. It's been a few years since the lads kicked off what's been a rapid rise to the top of the Aussie electronic crop with debut single, Listen To Soul, Listen To Blues. It's one of the first tracks we ever blogged about when Pilerats first started its website, and it's been rad watching Ben Woolner, Harry Sayers and Michael Bell develop into the powerhouse they are now. We caught up via ye olde text message to chat about Internal, playing at Myer fashion shows, and getting into shape for their huge Australian tour (dates for which are down the bottom).

Internal is out Friday 9 September, pre-order it NOW.
