Kronic and Nikki Jean team up for chilling single, Dark Shapes

Taking you to the dark side.

With his EP Sophisticated Ignorance set to drop in May, Kronic has unleashed Dark Shapes as the first official single off the EP - and he’s chosen well. Haunting falsetto vocals by Xavier Dunn, and Nikki Jean’s entrancing eery tones drive the slow burn verses about imagining someone who isn’t there, which then build to Kronic’s warped bass-consuming drop. The track is a musically disturbed take on the tragedy of losing someone and trying to remember them in fear of forgetting them. This song is not for the light-hearted, and has us really looking forward to the EP:
