15-year old wonder SODY, debuts first single Sorry

Slightly star struck by a teenager mature far beyond her years.

Sorry is not a song you would think could be penned or sung by a 15-year old, yet here we are. SODY (Sophie Dyson) is definitely on our radar as the next young thing to watch, with a voice that even the most respected singers take years to master, and lyrics that reflect a mind wise and insightful beyond her teenage years. Even though SODY explores the universal teenage feelings of angst that can lead to heartbreak (I’m sorry that you want me/I can’t help it but it’s true), her maturity and conviction in her delivery resonates with adults who also go through the same experience, in a different kind. Wanting to highlight SODY's vocals and lyrics (and rightly so), producer Phil Cook has made sure the track’s beats remain simple and suble to make SODY's passionate and sultry vocals drive the track. Mark my words; this girl is destined for great things.
