Five Steps To Better Friendships With Polographia

Five Steps To Better Friendships With Polographia

Because they just released their Friends EP, duh.

Last Friday saw the release of Polographia's, quite frankly fan-bloody-tastic new EP, Friends. The five track release finds the pair in full flight, combining their unique and organic take on electronic music with a strong focus on nostalgic sounds with a futuristic twist, all adding up to an instantly replayable EP. Seriously, I've gone through it like 10 times this week. It's fresh as hell, and to celebrate, they sent us a nice little list of the five key ingredients to any successful friendship.

Take a read below, listen to the EP, and go see 'em on tour in the coming weeks (dates down the bottom).

#1 Be understanding:

Seek first to understand your friend. Then you can help them understand you.

#2 Be supportive:

Cheer homies on when they “win”, and laugh with them when either of you do something stupid. Being a friend is about being there for one another through the highest of highs but also the lowest of lows.

#3 Be appreciative:

Tell your homies how much they mean to you. You may think they already know this but it can't hurt to remind them every now and again. It could just be the thing that turns a bad day to a good one.

#4 Be dependable:

Don’t let your friends down - ever! If you can count on them then it needs to be reciprocated. Be there for one another.

#5 Be fun:

The more fun you share with others, the more fun you have. Learn to appreciate each and every moment with the ones that mean the most to you.

BONUS TUNE: They just released a sparkling new remix of Xavier Dunn's Give In feat. Airling, which you should also listen to:
