Polographia Team Up With St. O'Donnell to Raise Funds for Refugees

St. O'Donnell are throwing a party at Hudson Ballroom for RACS.

Music and activism have a long history, in recent years the most obvious one in the Sydney music scene would be around Keep Sydney Open and their activities opposing the lockouts. And while it's a cause worth supporting it's fair to say there are other important things to raise concern about, namely the plight of refugees.

Sydney-based crew St O'Donnell are taking this in their stride with their 'Just Cause' party, as all profits raised on the door are going directly to Refugee And Casework Service or as it's known RACS. And it wouldn't be a party without music with Polographia stepping up to the mark. They'll be supported by Pluural, Passed Curfew and the St O'Donnell DJs.

And for those not clued up on what RACS do St O'Donnell can help you out, "They provide free, specialist legal assistance to people seeking asylum and refugees seeking to reunite with their families and are dedicated to quality legal advice, case management and representation for financially disadvantaged and vulnerable people seeking asylum, community education on changes to refugee law, and outreach services for people seeking asylum."

So get on down, support a good cause and a have a boogie this friday night from 11pm. You can buy tickets HERE
