King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard continue the momentum built by their release of Flying Microtonal Banana earlier this year with a brand new single, Lords Of Lightning. The track was revealed in a live performance on US talk show Conan last night, and it's the first to come from their next album, titled Murder Of The Universe, due this coming June 23. The band is currently touring the United States and will soon move on to Europe before returning to Australia for Splendour In The Grass. The upcoming album has been promised to “inhabit a sonic landscape of death, decay, ossification, fossilisation and rebirth”. Get a taste of the new sound here:
