The first taste of Naarm-based singer, songwriter and producer O'Connor's forthcoming EP of remixes from his 2021 duet album For As Long As I Can Remember sees Melbourne icon Andras flip the Jonnine Standish (HTRK) featuring title track into a layered four-to-the-floor affair, retaining and expanding on the original's striking piano. For As Long As I Can Remember Remixes is out April 21.
Hubcaps - Singing & Songing
Captivating, experimental ambient pop from Eora/Sydney-based singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist sees overblown, distorted 808s alongside heavenly synths and Hubcaps AKA Ella Mosley's beautifully haunting, reverb-drenched vocals.
Jesus Piece - Silver Lining
Unrelenting, atmospheric and just downright heavy latest single from Philidelphian hardcore/metalcore/crossover four piece, described as the "atmospheric centrepiece" of the band's forthcoming LP. ...So Unknown is out April 14.
JPEGMAFIA + Danny Brown - Lean Beef Patty
After being teased on a great edition of Brown's podcast, the first taste of the dream alt-rap collab's forthcoming album is short, sharp and sweet, seeing the pair spit over a hyperactive, overblown, P. Diddy sampling JPEGMAFIA beat. HYPE. Scaring The Hoes is out March 24.
Lana Del Rey - The Grants
The third single from Del Rey's highly anticipated, soon to be released ninth album is a soulful, slow-building piano ballad epic. Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd is out March 24.
Liz Stringer - First Time Really Feeling (Mindy Meng Wang 王萌 & Tim Shiel Remix)
A lush & layered leftfield house style flip from the freshly announced Milk! Records Remixed Vol. 1 compilation. In celebration of 10 years of the iconic label, the release will feature 13 remixes including Corey Kikos (Sleep D) taking on Tiny Ruins, Banoffee putting her spin on Hachiku and The Merindas covering Courtney Barnett. Milk! Records Remixed Vol. 1 is out May 12.
ODESZA - To Be Yours (feat. Claud)
Laid back yet uplifting, string-led, celestial beats from prolific, influential electronic duo featuring vocals from Chicago bedroom pop artist on the rise Claud.
Ric Wilson, Chromeo, & A-Trak - Clusterfunk
The latest single from the freshly formed soulful, funky, disco, hip hop supergroup is the title track from the forthcoming LP that will also feature guest spots from the likes of Dirty Projectors and Dead Prez. Clusterfunk is out March 31.
Snakehips & Tkay Maidza - Show Me The Money
British party-starting duo team up with Zimbabwean-Australian singer-songwriter and MC for a groove-laden, wobbly, cut of bass house.
Sofia Kourtesis - Madres
Peruvian-producer & vocalist releases her first new music in over a year and it was worth the wait, with Madres a moving, soul-stirring piece of flourishing house sounds, with Kourtesis' divine vocals floating above the mix.
Tash Sultana - James Dean
Much loved musical polymath makes their return with the first single of soulful, upbeat indie sounds from an EP due out later in the year on their own Lonely Lands Records imprint.
