Sam Tiba's Guide To Bromance Records
Club Cheval kid and Bromantic producer Sam Tiba gives us five favourite Bromance Records tunes.
Friday 10 October sees Nina Las Vegas's next NLV Presents tour, the International Edition, kick off in Perth at Villa, where she'll be joined by a fresh list of some of the world's most on-point tune selectors. And while it's almost shameful I've used the words "fresh" and "on-point" in one sentence, you try think of some better descriptors when we're talking about LuckyMe's Eclair Fifi, USA Jersey Club queen UNiiQU3 and Booty-beatmaker Swick for a global club lineup to die for. Also joining the fray is Club Chavel/Bromance Records darling Sam Tiba, who's know stranger to deep and dark bangers, and we asked him for his five essential Bromance Records tunes ahead of the tour. ILLANGELO - CLOCKWORK feat. PHLO FINISTER
Illangelo is an amazing producer. Each track I’m listening to surprises me and this one is no exception. It’s a deep, well-thought sonic adventure. Illangelo masters soundscape like nobody.
GESAFFELSTEIN - CONTROL MOVEMENT
Not much to be said. An absolute banger that still is a club anthem years later. I still play it once in a while and the reaction is always huge. Oh and it’s the very first Bromance release :)
BRODINSKI - LET THE BEAT CONTROL YOUR BODY feat. LOUISAHHH!
I have a nostalgic feeling about this track, released on Brodinski’s EP. I love the simple club feeling that takes you when you play/hear it. Louisahhh! kills it on the mic, and it still is the sum up of the first Bromance era to me.
CLUB CHEVAL - DECISIONS
The second release from my band Club Cheval. Two years passed and I still feel like people didn’t really get much of that track. I still find it super interesting, and good way to discover the old Club Cheval discography.
SAM TIBA - UP IN THE CLOUDS feat. SAD ANDY
I just released an EP last month on Bromance Records. Up In The Clouds is the track that matters the most to me. My favorite Sam Tiba track ever.
