Kevin Parker records a Bedtime Mix for BBC Radio 1

The Tame Impala frontman strings some ''hitting the hay" tunes together for BBC Radio1.

As Perth deities Tame Impala trundle around Europe and seemingly the rest of the world, they've found some time to piece together a Bedtime Mix on Phil Taggart's BBC Radio 1 show. Appropriatley named, the concoction of sound is meant to inspire a peaceful slumber - and boy does it! Featuring tracks from the likes of Panda Bear, Frank Ocean, Kraftwerk and The Flaming Lips, its one brilliant extended lullaby. In the pre-mix interview, Kevin Parker is cheery, voicing his love for laidback tracks and the fact he doesn't get nearly enough time to zen out. Parker mentions he's got a real soft spot for Kraftwerk's epic Autobahn but in my opinion the opener I'm Not from Panda Bear takes the cake.

Tuck yourself in with a pair of headphones and prepare for an outstanding sleep.

See the full tracklist below:

1. Panda Bear - I'm Not

2. Air - Run

3. King Crimson - I Talk To The Wind

4. Frank Ocean - Thinkin' Bout You

5. Kraftwerk - Autobahn

6. Subrata Bandyopadhyay - Baho

7. Gotye - Hearts A Mess

8. The Flaming Lips - Try To Explain
