Watch: Tinashe feat. Chris Brown - Player

Tinashe turns things up to 11 as she battles with Breezy.

Tinashe's not long off releasing her sophomore album Joyride, the follow up to her acclaimed debut Aquarius which sees the young R & B vixen bring in a pretty diverse range of all-star talents - Max Martin, Dr. Luke, Hit-Boy, Travi$ Scott, Nic Nac, Dev Hynes, and Young Thug - as collaborators.

You might have already heard that last one - Party Favors - now Tinashe's given us another taste of the new album vis a vis the high-energy single Player, feat Chris Brown. It's a radio-friendly, shiny pop/R & B hit that, with Brown's familiar vocals, well and truly proves the young singer's capacity to be a huge commercial commodity. The two have just released a clip to accompany the track, which sees them both turn things up to 11 in a dance-off style showdown, as the two duel in a video game-esque way in a futuristic location. Things get pretty heated, as Breezy takes off his shirt. "Chris Brown is an exceptionally talented entertainer, so I think it was somebody that I was definitely excited to collaborate with," Tinashe told Rap-Up.

Tinashe, who was recently recruited by Nicki Minaj to open up her Pinkprint Tour, was down under earlier this year, taking in a show at Perth Festival. Tinashe's known for her high-energy choreography in her live shows, recently telling Rolling Stone she's driven by the kinds of visuals she saw as a kid: "With like Janet Jackson, that was always so important for me in artists and something that I always loved. I saw, in recent years, just kids not having anybody that was fresh and bringing to the table a really, really well-thought-out and entertaining live show."
