Atlanta's Lil Yachty drops latest full-length, Summer Songs 2

It was only a short time ago, in March of this year, that Atlanta trap sensation Lil Yachty dropped his debut album Lil Boat and quickly grabbed mainstream hip hop attention. Now, only four months later, Yachty has dropped his latest full-length project Summer Songs 2, via Apple Music. Including the previously heard So Many People, and a collaboration with Migos' Offset, Summer Songs 2 flaunts all of the quirky charisma of Lil Yachty's sound and attitude, as well as the effects of the artist's Atlanta origins.
Accompanying the latest release, Yachty has combined forces with FADER for a 14 minute short film detailing Yachty's rise to, and life in, fame. Titled Keep Sailing, the film is a welcome insight in to the enigmatic life of the 2016 XXL Freshman.
