Premiere: Table tennis meets interpretive dance in the clip for Lilt's Wait No More

Powerful stuff ahead of their single launch this Saturday.

Wait No More is the latest single from Perth-based trio Lilt, and it's a powerful statement from the group. Recorded at the revered Scott Horcroft's Grove Studios in July of this year, the single perfectly encapsulates the threesome's intensity in a single that's kinda like an indie version of Nero in years gone by. Louise Penman's powerful, Florence Welch-esque vocals are once agian backed by the production prowess of Matt Mclean and a mix of live and electronic drums from Brett Walsh to carve out a single that sets them up for a huge summer (which will include an appearance at Southbound Festival).

Before we get there though, we're stoked today to premiere the equally strong visual accompaniment to the track, directed by Sam Lara. Featuring a couple of intense dancers battling it out over a ping pong table while Penman queens above them, on paper the concept might seem strange but in action it works to perfection. Take it in below before the group launches the single at Jimmy's Den this Saturday 3 September. Online tickets are sold out, but there will be limited door sales (event details HERE).
