Premiere: Listen to a slamming remix of New York artist LP's Lost On You by Elk Road

A pretty perfect match, and a fantastic return track from Elk Road.

New York-based singer/songwriter LP has been garnering fans in the thousands over the past few years, first writing bangers for the likes of Rihanna and Cher, and then in her own right as a solo artist and with her major label debut, Forever For Now. With a wholly unique vibe and voice, the lead single from her 2016 EP Daeth Valley was Lost On You - a track which since went on to reach #1 in 17 countries. So who better to tackle such an enormous track than our own Elk Road, no stranger to some big singles of his own. In the resulting remix Elk Road very much makes it his own, without tarnishing the legacy of the original (like any good remix). Check out some thoughts from the man himself, along with the remix below, and grab it yourself HERE:

"Absolutely beautiful original, was terrified to touch it because it was so perfect. I knew that if it was going to work as a remix it had to feel completely different because there is no way to improve upon the original in the same direction. Proud to have added my touch to a standout track of the last few years."

Fans of Elk Road in Sydney can catch him on a monster lineup alongside a heap of his Audiopaxx buddies for their 5th Birthday, check out all the deets and an interview with Audiopaxx bossman Dom Furber HERE.
