Listen to St. South's achingly beautiful debut EP, Nervous Energy

The Fremantle product's five-tracker is two years in the making.

A few months ago we shared what would end up being track #1 on St. South's debut EP, Nervous Energy, in the beautiful Got Me. At the time we dared you not to fall instantly in love with Olivia Gavranich, so just in case you didn't you can now tuck into the rest of her debut EP. Nervous Energy is everything she's been working towards for the past few years, producing the entire release herself, with the intention "to feel a sense of accomplishment, and to write the best I possibly could, I felt very strongly about starting from scratch, on my own."

And what she's achieved is nothing short of remarkable. There's reason she's already clocked streams in the millions on Spotify and more recently had her single Lover go straight to high rotation on triple j. Her gentle, soothing vocals, combined with a pared back production style that feels warm and cool at the same time, it's thrilling stuff, and is the coming of someone destined for a huge career.
