An artist we've been excited about for some time now, Brooklyn-based Tei Shi is on the verge of releasing her new EP Verde, due April 17 via Caroline in Australia and Mom + Pop's Mermaid Avenue imprint in the US, and we're very excited today to share an exclusive stream of the five-tracker a few days in advance. Along with the strength of this killer release, she's been working with the likes of Glass Animals and Shy Girls, and the seeds have definitely been sewn for a breakout year. Verde is an exciting first step, so we'll dispense with the Tuesday morning ramblings and let you take it all in and decide for yourself below, and if you're into it you can pre-order the EP from iTUNES.
