Photo Diary: CXLOE takes us behind the scenes of her soaring new single, Show You

Gliding effortless between the worlds of pop, alternative and electronic, Sydney-based artist CXLOE seems pretty well set on global domination, and latest single Show You will do nothing to dispel those feelings. A huge, confident slice of electronic-pop, it's another showcase of an emerging artist where only the sky seems the limit. And it's exactly why she'll be showcasing at BIGSOUND alongside a host of this country's most exciting young artists. 1. 'The Jades'

We just wrapped the music video for Show You with the Jade Collective, who directed and produced the clip. They are creative geniuses.

2. On Set

This was taken just before we started filming in my first outfit. The director told me he was going to play the song and to just dance around the room. I told everyone to leave :/

3. Styling!

I'm so lucky to have been styled by the incredibly talented Imogen Anthony for the single cover and video shoot of Show You. She totally gets me and my vibe and that is very important. I love her creative direction.

4. Spotify

I took Show You into the legends at Spotify and played it for the first time. I am so grateful for these guys championing me since my very first single Tough Love.

5. Radio promo

I was lucky enough to go into 2dayFM to play a live acoustic version of Show You. Such an awesome bunch of people who gave me my first ever commercial radio play!

6. APRA

As an independent artist we need all the help we can get and APRA has been fighting in my corner since day one. So much love for them.

7. Plane

Ah! Another plane ride! This was on my way back to America to shoot the Music video and do PR for Show You :).

8. Claire

I'm so lucky to have had one of my closest friends Claire Howell in LA doing my make up for my music video. But mostly importantly having her on set supporting through the entire day!

9. Managers

These two beautiful people are my managers. I couldn’t do any of this without them. They made this entire single come together and I couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else. Getting a bit emotional here!

10. Rehearsals

This picture was taken at rehearsals for a show I played in LA. It was the first time I played the single at a gig and as soon as I finished singing I knew we chose the right one!
