Cosmo's Midnight continue to soar with Lowkey, feat. Buddy & Jay Prince

Lowkey joins Get To Know and Polarised on their debut album What Comes Next, our June 15.

Over the past year or so, Cosmo's Midnight have become one of Australia's most consistent electronic acts, stomping towards their debut album next month with singles like HistoryMind Off and the Winston Surfshirt-featuring groove Get To KnowPolarised, released almost a month ago now, came with the official, long-awaited announcement of their debut What Comes Next, which will arrive on June 15 via Sony/RCA Records and with it, bring one of the most hyped (and collaboration-heavy) Australian electronic albums of the year. Lowkey is the latest tease of the album and it's a bit of a hip-hop-tinged shake-up from the production pairing, who layer this punchy synth production underneath verses from US rapper and Alison Wonderland collaborator Buddy and East London's Jay Prince, who you may remember from some of Mura Masa's early work.

It continues to show their songwriting versatility, which over the past year have given us everything from bouncy, radio-killing pop and soulful funk jams to now, hip-hop-entwined moments of funk-electronica that are almost irresistible. This dexterity is said to be one of the high-points of What Comes Next, and with tracks featuring Woodes, Panama, Tove Styke and even Pharrell Williams yet to come, we're more than excited to see what the album offers on release. Pre-order the album HERE, and be sure to snap up those last remaining tickets of their constantly growing album tour this July/August - more deets below.
