Wavves announce new LP with anthemic first single.

V is their fifth album and you can hear the first track from it, Way Too Much.

Wavves are back to announce their fifth studio album, appropriately and somewhat obviously titled V. Produced by Woody Jackson, it's a more of full-band effort with Stephen Pope and Alex Gates sharing writing duties with Wavves-frontman Nathan Williams. The record is due October 2 on Pod via Ghost Ramp and Inertia, and if you haven't already, get around first single and bonafide anthem, Way Too Much. There's four more to come as part of the album's pre-order between now and album release day.

V TRACKLIST:

1. Heavy Metal Detox
2. Way Too Much
3. Pony
4. All The Same
5. My Head Hurts
6. Redlead
7. Heart Attack
8. Flamezesz
9. Wait
10. Tarantula
11. Cry Baby
12. Fast Ice (Australian exclusive Bonus Track)
