Ahead of the release of their debut EP The Condensation on July 15, Aussie indie newcomers Seasoning today drop their new single and video for Next To Me.
Right in time for the middle of our Aussie summer, Next To Me is a slice of aural sunshine, a floating jaunt reminiscent of Mac DeMarco hanging out with fellow Aussie's Good Morning.
With a warm and nostalgic video, frontman Lachlan Buckle says this was an "attempt to make it like a late night SBS world movie which is an Australian tv channel that plays Arthouse movies which I would always watch if I couldn’t fall asleep” - an experience shared by insomniac Australian’s the country over. I’d say they nailed it.
