Peter Bjorn & John get the Miike Snow treatment on Breakin’ Point

Peter Bjorn & John get the Miike Snow treatment on Breakin’ Point

The perks of sharing a recording studio in Stockholm.

Peter Bjorn & John are back at it again with their seventh LP Breakin’ Point (out June 10), and to celebrate the boys have shared a delicacy with Miike Snow for us in the lead-up to the weekend. No stranger to remixes (Diplo, Kendrick Lamar and Drake), the duo made the most of their shared space with Miike Snow and worked a this rad tune. Keeping the group's signature guitar feels, Miike Snow add a much-welcomed electronic remix of tingling synths, neat kicks and an on-point, pulsating bass line. The drop gives the tiniest impression of breakbeat-meets-jersey influence. To add to the good news, Peter Bjorn & John have announced they will be coming Down Under to play Splendour In The Grass, as well as a bunch of sideshows on the East Coast. Working alongside producers such as Paul Epworth, Greg Kurstin and Emile Haynie, whose credentials sound like the Grammy nominations; U2, Paul McCartney, Sia, Adele and Kanye West; we are expecting big things from Peter Bjorn and John’s LP.
