Photo Diary: Wild Honey's wild time at BIGSOUND, by James Adams
The group just announced their debut album, and have a LOT going on.
Wild Honey are on a huge roll in 2017 - they've just come home from rave reviews at BIGSOUND, released a couple of video clips and announced their forthcoming debut album, released on their own label, Spillway Records. So there's plenty take in, and with one show left on their current tour (September 23 at Yah Yahs in Melbourne), we're stoked to give you a little behind the scenes action from BIGSOUND, shot by James Adams (a bloke we recently featured in our Behind The Lens series).

The head of Spillway Records organising his next successful business venture.
Adam and Thom take on The Creases in the ping pong final, unfortunately Wild Honey come off second best.
Trying on the victory jacket that was not meant to be. Later we discover The Creases' victory is a shady one, having utilised members from The Jungle Giants!
The boys happy to be out of the van and taking in some afternoon sun.
Sharing a beer with the legendary Young Henrys crew.
Rehearsing for our first Bigsound showcase in the living room.
Setting out for the night!
Optimistically walking to venue when a cab was probably the better option.
Bumping into some familiar faces.
This is our pre-show ritual. Very serious stuff as you can tell.
Soundcheck time.
Adam playing some tasty lead guitar.
Thom giving it his all.
The shows are done, now it's time to party.
The fellas bonding in an unknown establishment somewhere in The Valley.
Thom and Sam really enjoying the moment watching The Cactus Channel.
The dream is over. Bigsound you were everything we could've wished for and more...Until next time.
