Listen/Watch: Late Night Hysterics - Moondance [Premiere]
An atmospheric electronic tune from emerging WA outfit Late Night Hysterics.
Late last year we were introduced to WA-based electronic outfit Late Night Hysterics and their debut single Limerick, a track that melded sweet indie-pop sounds with some lush electronica and burned slowly but brightly. The second single, Moondance, drops the slow-burn and pop feels from that first track for something more cinematic in scope, almost reminiscient of mid-80s horror or sci-fi film soundtrack. It's a driving, emotive tune that the film buff in me absolutely loves, and thinks you might too. They're launching it Sunday 5 April at the Astor Lounge with another Pile-fave in Flower Drums, and you can watch the video/listen to Moondance below:
