New Music: Jesse Davidson - Laika [Premiere]

Less than a year on from the release of his debut EP Ocean, fast-emerging young Adelaide musician Jesse Davidson marks his return amidst a heap of good news, including making his triple j Hottest 100 debut as guest vocalist on Japanese Wallpaper's Between Friends (listen to that track HERE), and more recently mesmerising St Jerome's Laneway Festival crowds. His new EP is set to drop in May, and will feature the tune you're about to hear, Laika - an insanely mature mix of shining synths, tiger-tight drums and softly jangling guitars, all underpinned by that smooth-as-silk voice.
