PSA: The Cribs are returning to Australia for the first time in over 5 years

Celebrating their excellent 2017 album, 24-7 Rock Star Shit.

Is Brit-Pop back in a big way in 2018? Did it ever really go anywhere? These are some questions. Who has the answers? We're not sure, but The Cribs, having released a ripping new album last year called 24-7 Rock Star Shit, are headed back to Australia for the first time in over five years. Over the course of their decade-plus career they've been recognised as one of the world's best live acts, released a heap of great albums all with a very welcome DIY approach, and played some of the world's biggest festival stages. They're back in Australia for Newcastle's Gum Ball Festival, and will be playing some select club shows around the country following it.

So chuck on that album below, and check that full run of dates down the bottom.

TOUR DATES:

Fri 27 Apr – Gum Ball Festival, Newcastle

Sat 28 Apr – The Backroom, Brisbane

Tue 1 May – Badlands Bar, Perth

Thu 3 May – The Lansdowne, Sydney

Fri 4 May – Crown & Anchor, Adelaide

Sat 5 May – Yah Yah’s, Melbourne
