Thundercat gets animated in trippy, new visual for Song For The Dead

The Flying Lotus collaborator sings for the dead.

Frequent Flying Lotus collaborator Thundercat has reached back to his extraordinary 2015 album The Beyond / Where The Giants Roam and produced an animated visual accompaniment for a track from it - Song For Dhe Dead. Utilising psychedelic, deep animated narrative to accompany the soaring psychedelia of the track's overall sound, Thundercat takes his audience on a journey deep in to the depths of hallucinogenic imagery, essentially rendering the need for taking 'shrooms or LSD tabs entirely moot.

Watch the track's visual below, and keep your eyes open for further Thundercat news as the year goes on and Thundercat's proposed fourth studio album is unveiled.
