Sarah Connor slays on new single Apex

She ain’t Iggy or Nicki, but she’s just as fly and a lil’ dirty.

Sarah Connor doesn’t sound like a rapper’s name. In fact it sounds more like the mother of our future leader once Skynet takes over, and she's bringing that same fierce intensity on her new hard-hitting single Apex. With the help of Bigredcap and Losty, Connor has succeeded in producing a track that’s real, a little dangerous, and explosive. The raps are kept untamed, dropping slang like ‘bitches’ ‘titties’, ‘fifties’ and f*** you’, and are sung with that appealing go-hard-or-go-home agression we hear from names like Skepta, Eminem and Missy Elliot. We can still pick up that Aussie tang, but it does no disservice to the track, which is a banger.
