16 year old Indonesian Comedian/Rapper Rich Chigga saw some viral success with single Dat $tick earlier this year, including a brilliant reaction video featuring hip hop names such as Ghostface Killah, Desiigner and Tory Lanez responding to Chigga's video for Dat $tick. Now, the young man born Brian Imanuel has joined forces with 88Rising to drop latest release Who That Be, which could well find as much success as Imanuel's previous release, even if it's only for the amusingly bizarre video accompanying the new release.
