Brisbane's Erik Sanders shows out in Flex Mode

Sanders joins forces with producer James Angus "for a turnt up high energy vibe"

Twenty year old rapper Erik Sanders saw some buzz late last year with the release of debut single Stunt, kicking off a string of appearances and movements through the Brisbane music scene, including showing up alongside fellow Brisbane hip hop talent Midas.Gold in a series of shows.

Now, almost a full year later, Erik Sanders returns with latest single Flex Mode, a bass-rich trap effort oozing with charisma and attitude recalling the best efforts of American trap. Of the newest track, Sanders said:

"This new single 'Flex Mode' was produced by James Angus who works closely with artists such as Gill Bates, and Midas.Gold. This song was basically just one of those fun songs I wanted to make for a turnt up high energy vibe. But it was also a track that was supposed to show my mother that I can actually take this music thing on as a legit career, hence the line in the chorus 'I told my mamma I want this forever. She told my young ass you could do way better.'"

Hear Flex Mode below, and watch for more from Erik Sanders as the year goes on.
