TEEF Recordings announces second Imperium In Imperio compilation with OXFAM

Featuring the likes of Sampa The Great and Jack Grace, hear its first cut from Sylva.

TEEF Recordings have just announced their new compilation album, Imperium In Imperio II, full of unreleased and unheard tracks by Austraian artists. All proceeds from the album are donated to OXFAM's Syrian refugee appeal which is helping some of the 13.5 million people that have had to flee their homes over the past five years. The only thing better than exciting new music is helping out a good cause while you get it, right? The compliation pulls together songs from all over Australia by some of the nation's most unique voices. And ahead of its release on July 29 you can listen to one of its tracks, by none other than Pilerats' own Lower Spectrum, who assumes the pseudonym Sylva for a dynamic, pulsing burner called Arkwell featuring Jamieson Moore. Take a listen to it below in full, along with a little trailer for the full compilation:

The albums Latin title translates to Empire Within An Empire, a reference to a small group of mad-talented artists who are creating their own kingdom amoungst the greater sphere of Australian music.
