When I OH YOU sign a new act it’s always worth stopping whatever you’re doing and listen, that's why they're on this epic list we compiled at the start of the year. The most recent addition to their star-studded roster (Violent Soho, DMA’s, Montgomery, DZ Deathrays and City Calm Down) is Sydney band Green Buzzard. The first single to be released off an upcoming 7”, which will drop 21 August, is Zoo Fly. And the first tastes of Green Buzzard are a heady mix of jangly guitars and airy vocals in a lo-fi atmosphere. It’s all a bit of fun really with the playful licks and simple hooks that are complemented by the fuzzy VHS style shooting of the video clip.
