Watch an enchanting cover of Odesza's Say My Name by Robbie Miller

One of 2016's best Like A Version covers so far this year.

Whether it be Anne-Marie covering SAFIA, Paces teaming up with Guy Sebastian for a L D R U cover, or Methyl Ethyl getting their JT on for a classic, this year’s Like A Version programme has been littered with A-grade highlights. This week saw Brisbane artist Robbie Miller join the ranks, enchanting us with a beautiful rendition of Odesza’s Say My Name. Whilst the original is well-known for its own quirky happiness, Robbie Miller transforms the track into a guitar-licked, moody ballad, giving the track a certain emotional touch that was lacking in the original. It’s dark and sulky, yet at the same time, traces of the original’s upbeat sound can be heard throughout, making it really quite impressive. Check it out below.
