Premiere: Watch the video clip for Sun Sap's swaggering new single, Miss Behind

They just played Yours & Owls, and have a bunch of shows coming up this month.

Following on from an appearance at Yours & Owls last weekend, soulful surf-rock outfit Sun Sap have released a charming video clip for latest single Miss Behind, offering a little snapshot of life on the road for the six-piece. The track itself was inspired by a lucid dream according to drummer Shaun Gaida, who says: “I was eating pancakes served on the face plate of a Baldwin piano while Burt Bacharach himself sung Miss Behind to me the whole time never breaking eye contact.” Fortunately (or unfortunately) the clip isn't quite so weird, and "is made up of little snippets of Sun Sap on our latest tour down the east coast of Australia living, loving, laughing and playing music," according to Gaida. It also comes as the band play a bunch of shows alongside contemporaries such as Julia Why?, The Ruiins and Heart Beach. Check it out, along with the full run of dates, down below:

TOUR DATES:

Wed 4 Oct – Rad, Wollongong w/ Julia Why?

Sat 14 Oct – Brighton Up Bar, Sydney w/ The Owls

Fri 27 Oct – Rad, Wollongong w/ The Ruiins
