Listen to Postcodes, another charmer from Perth rockers Verge Collection

Plus an announce for the debut EP date and a stack of shows.

If ever a band have hit the ground running faster than Perth locals Verge Collection, they'd break a leg…or at the very least twist an ankle. The four-piece burst onto the scene with their super relatable, suburban-inspired lyrics and pub-rock melodies after their debut single, Our Place, (which you can watch below from our Live Session) made its way straight into regular rotation on triple j. Now, we hear another instant classic from Verge Collection in the form of Postcodes; a charming slow-jam about finding love "two suburbs across…in my IGA", an idea that's sure to bring a smile to anyone's face and add to the unfightable likability of this band. Along with the new single, Verge Collection have announced that their debut EP, Open Plan Living, will be out on September 23. The Perth quartet will also be playing a stack of dates around the country over the next few months, kicking off with a national tour alongside Byron Bay grunge-rockers Skegss in Mandurah this Friday, followed by shows at BIGSOUND, Rottofest and Sounds Of The Suburbs.
