HYLA take us on a space rock journey with Chaos For You

A shoegaze classic from their upcoming debut album.

HYLA have just released the dreamy Chaos For You; the first cut from the four-piece's highly anticipated debut full-length. Having rapidly attracted interest at home and overseas with their first and second EPs Sides/Remedy and 2015's Fever Calls Late, the Perth shoegazers are looking to step things up a notch with the arrival of their debut album later this year. Frontman Alex Hayes spoke about Chaos For You capturing some of the more cohesive textures that weren't as obvious on the band's EPs: "We experimented a lot sonically in the studio for this single and it's definitely a step closer to where we want to be". Chaos For You is an exciting first step towards a breakout year for HYLA, with old and new fans alike now certain to be eagerly awaiting more new music. If you're digging HYLA's new jam you can catch them playing a single launch show Saturday May 21 at The Bird.
