Listen: Divers - Feed Me

The Melbourne based pop-rockers appeal to the senses with their latest single, and EP announce.

Rock-pop outfit Divers are a Melbourne group delivering a high-energy slice of guitar driven goodness with their latest single Feed Me. The track comes with the announcement of a recent recruitment to Domestic La La (Dear Seattle, Loser, West Thebarton,) and as the first taste of what we can expect in the groups second EP The Sensory Edition hitting the world March 4th.

Accented with wiggly sound effects and swirling synths, Divers are fabricating a sensory experience with this one (as their EP title suggests). Layers upon layers of instrumentation and lush sound fill the track, creating a full sound that swings into the experimental and psych realms. Passionate and powerful vocals ground the outfit to their rock roots, melodies drawing from pop influence to deliver a catchy hook there’s someone out there trying their best to feed me”. Showing evolution as a band, the outfit are refining their songwriting style, explaining “It’s our first song that talks about a specific topic of mainstream media and social media outlets feeding you content with or without you knowing —  inevitably shaping you into a bot.”

Out now through Domestic La La records, open your senses to Divers and their latest Feed Me.
